Tiramisù
- 2 cups 1/2-inch cubed fat-free pound cake (about 5 ounces)
- 1 (0.44-ounce) envelope sugar-free mocha-flavored cappuccino mix
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk, divided
- 1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1-ounce) package vanilla sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding mix
- 1 (0.43-ounce) envelope sugar-free vanilla-flavored cappuccino mix
- 2 cups fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Grated sugar-free milk chocolate bar (optional)
- Place 1/4 cup cake cubes into each of 8 glasses. Combine mocha- flavored cappuccino mix with 1/2 cup milk; drizzle mixture evenly over cake in each glass.
- Beat cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed just until smooth. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk; beat until smooth. Add pudding mix and vanilla-flavored cappuccino mix; beat at low speed until blended. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Spoon mixture evenly over cake. Garnish with grated sugar-free chocolate, if desired (grated chocolate not included in analysis). Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
