Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In medium saucepan, melt morsels and margarine.
  3. Stir in crumbs and nuts.
  4. Press 1/2 of mixture firmly in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  5. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in milk, vanilla and egg, mixing well.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Top with remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  9. Cool to room temperature.
  10. Chill before cutting.
  11. Refrigerate leftovers.
  12. These bars freeze well.
  13. The entire pan of bars contains 5,260 calories and cost about $7.00 to make, but it's worth it!
