Turkey And Bean Burrito
- Cooking spray
- 8 ounces ground turkey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons 40% less-sodium taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (16-ounce) can organic refried beans
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 6 (8-inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
- 1 cup (4 ounces) preshredded reduced-fat Mexican blend cheese
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; coat pan with cooking spray. Add turkey to pan; cook 7 minutes or until turkey is done, stirring frequently.
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to pan, stirring well. Add beans and salsa, stirring gently to combine. Reduce heat to low, and cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Warm flour tortillas according to package directions. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese down center of each tortilla; top each with about 1/3 cup turkey mixture. Roll up tortillas.
