Creamy Vegetable Medley(6 Servings)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed golden corn soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen farm fresh mixture (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 stalks fresh broccoli, broken into flowerets
- 8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium size green pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- Mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, oil, onion and poppy seed together.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Chill at least 3 hours.
