Summer And Eddie'S Red Velvet Cake

• 3 c. cake flour (Swans bleached)
• 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
• 1 stick butter, soft
• 4 eggs
• 2 Tbsp. red food coloring
• 1 tsp. vinegar
• 1 c. buttermilk
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

1. Mix cake, flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
2. In another bowl mix with a beater the sugar, vanilla and butter; then add eggs, one at a time.
3. Add food coloring and vinegar.
4. Mix all ingredients in well.
5. Then pour both bowls of mixture into one.
6. Finally, add buttermilk.
7. Melt cream cheese and mix into the ingredients well. Pour batter into three 9-inch round pans.
8. Bake at 350u0b0 until done (check with toothpick).
