Plum Pudding

  1. Beat eggs light.
  2. Add sugar, flour, soda, spices, milk, bread crumbs and suet.
  3. Flour fruit mix.
  4. Add to batter.
  5. Bake in a steam pan for 3 hours with room to rise at 300u0b0.
  6. Decorate with blanched almonds and glazed fruit.
  7. Serve with sugar saturated in lemon extract and lighted.
  8. Top with whipped cream.
