Chicken Linguini
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can broccoli cheese soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1/2 can water
- 16 oz. pkg. linguini noodles
- Dice chicken, then saute chicken in butter with Lea & Perrins, bell pepper, onion and spices until light brown.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, broccoli cheese soup, 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can water.
- Let simmer about 30 minutes.
- Cook your noodles in separate pot.
- Then either pour sauce over noodles or drain and mix sauce and noodles together.
- Serve with hot bread and salad.
