Jambalaya

  1. Saute onion and garlic powder in Crisco until onion is clear. Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
  2. Stir to chop tomatoes.
  3. Add next 7 ingredients.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, crab meat and chicken; pour in chicken broth.
  6. Cook until heated.
  7. Serve over hot rice.
