One Pot Broccoli Rabe Linguini
- 12 ounces Linguine
- 1 bunch Broccoli Rabe, chopped
- 1 Large Onion, sliced
- 4 Garlic Cloves, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, plus more for serving
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- 4 1/2 cups Water
- Pecorino Cheese, grated
- Add the pasta, broccoli rabe, onion, garlic, red-pepper flakes, oil, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and water in a large pan so that the pasta lays flat.
- Heat the pasta over high heat until it boils and cook on a hard simmer until pasta is al dente and water is mostly gone, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the lemon zest and lemon juice. Check for seasoning and adjust to taste. Serve with olive oil and Pecorino.
