Turkey Chili

  1. In a 4 quart Dutch oven cook the turkey until no longer pink. Drain
  2. offtat.
  3. Stir
  4. intndrained tomatoes, drained kidney beans, tomato sauce, onion, wine, chili powder, parsley flakes, basil,
  5. oregano,
  6. black pepper, cinnamon, garlic, red pepper
  7. and bay
  8. leaf.tring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about
  9. 2tours, stirring occasionally.
  10. Garnish with green or yellow sweet peppers, cut into rings.
