Cauliflower-Ham Bake

  1. Break cauliflower into pieces (about 4 cups); cook in salted water until tender and drain.
  2. Combine with ham and mushrooms.
  3. In medium saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Add milk all at once and stir constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
  6. Add cheese and sour cream to sauce; stir until cheese is melted.
  7. Combine with vegetables and ham.
  8. Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
  9. Combine crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle on top.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until hot.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
