Microwave Cauliflower Au Gratin
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- In casserole dish, put cauliflower and water.
- Microwave for 12 minutes, covered.
- Let stand 3 minutes.
- In another casserole dish (3-quart), put butter and onion; microwave for 5 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking.
- Add cauliflower after draining it.
- Stir.
- You may put in 7 x 11-inch casserole dish or leave in 3-quart dish.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Microwave for 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
