Organic Walnut, Almond & Raisin Bread
- 1 cup organic walnuts
- 1/2 cup organic almond butter
- 1/4 cup organic almond flour
- 2 tablespoons organic chia seed
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan
- 3 large organic eggs
- 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp organic cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon organic ginger
- 3 large organic eggs
- 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
- 1 teaspoon organic cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup organic raisins
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 7" X 4" pan
- In a food processor add walnuts and blend until crumbly then add all dry ingredients and bend.
- Add remaining ingredients ( except for raisins ) and blend until smooth.
- Pour into pan and sprinkle raisins on top and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
