Peanut Butter And Nerds Ice Cream With Chocolate Marshmallows

  1. Put the peanut butter and sugar in a bowl, and whisk until they're combined.
  2. Whisk in the milk and half-and-half on low until it's creamy, it should take about 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the vanilla and heavy cream, then cover it and chill in the fridge for a couple hours.
  4. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, and run according to your machine's instructions. Add the nerds in at the end just before the ice cream starts firming up.
  5. Pour the gelatin and 1/2 cup of water into a bowl.
  6. Bring the other 3/4 cup of water to a slow boil, then stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Keep it on medium for another 15 minutes, and give it a stir a few times while it's on the stove.
  7. Pour the mixture in a stand mixer and mix on low for 30 minutes. Add cocoa powder after 25 minutes.
  8. Cover the bottom of a container (like a tupperware) in wax paper, spray it with non-stick spray, and dust it with powdered sugar. Then pour your mixture in and freeze overnight.
  9. After freezing, dust with plenty of powdered sugar (don't hold back, folks), and cut into whatever shapes you want. Serve with ice cream.
