Martha Stewart One Pan Pasta
- 12 ounces Whole Wheat Linquine
- 8 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces spinach
- 1 pound 10-13 shrimp
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups veggie broth
- 1.5 cups white wine
- add all of the ingredients into the pan except for the spinach and shrimp.
- Pour in the White wine and veggie broth and season with salt and pepper. Make sure the linguine is submerged in the wine and broth
- bring all the ingredients to a boil in a medium high flame. Note whole wheat pasta takes a little longer to cook.
- Cook until pasta is still toothsome. Once that is determined, add the spinach and shrimp.
- once shrimp have turned pink and the spinach has wilted. Remove from the heat
- once removed please add parmesan cheese, a touch of olive oil and salt and pepper as needed
