Honey Mustard Pork Chops

  1. You will also need 1 Reynolds large oven bag.
  2. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  3. Shake flour in oven bag.
  4. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  5. Add orange juice, honey and mustard to bag.
  6. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle pork chops with basil and seasoned salt; place in bag.
  8. Place carrot and apple slices in bag around pork chops.
  9. Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top.
  10. Bake until pork chops are tender, 35 to 40 minutes.
  11. Let stand in bag 5 minutes.
  12. Makes 4 servings.
