Mexican Chalupas

  1. Cook beans according to directions on package.
  2. Shred cheese. Chop onions.
  3. Dice tomatoes.
  4. Shred lettuce.
  5. Pour Fritos in a large bowl.
  6. Serve in this order:
  7. plates, Fritos, cheese, pintos (kept hot in liquid), onions, lettuce, tomatoes and meat sauce. Serve with a light dessert.
