Asian Sliders With Red Cabbage Slaw

  1. Combine burger ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to incorporate the ingredients.
  2. Shape into mini patties.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Cook burgers 4-5 minutes on each side until done.
  5. Shred the cabbage, carrots, and cucumber in a food processor, or using a shredder. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  7. Place a burger in a mini bun and top generously with the slaw mixture.
