Fried Chicken And Green Peppers(Servings: 8)

  1. Cut chicken into slightly larger than bite size pieces. Marinate the meat with soy and sherry for 30 minutes and dust with cornstarch.
  2. Cover the meat thoroughly.
  3. Fry the meat for 5 minutes or more until it is done.
  4. Cut the green peppers in about 8 pieces. Each piece should not be bigger than 1 piece of meat.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger and green peppers for 30 seconds.
  6. Put the chicken together with the prepared sauce back in the pan.
  7. Stir constantly for about 1 to 2 minutes until the chicken soaked in the sauce well.
