Pork Hot Dish
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless pork, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. red or green peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. saltine crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- In a skillet, heat oil.
- Cook pork, celery, peppers and onion until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
- In large bowl, combine pork mixture and next 7 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Combine crumbs and oleo and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Yields 8 to 10.
