Oriental Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta to al dente and drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, in saucepan, stir red pepper and oils over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add honey, soy sauce and salt.
  3. Stir to combine and mix well with cooked pasta.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, add cilantro, chicken, peanuts and green onions to pasta.
  6. Toss together and garnish with cilantro.
  7. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
