Party Crab Bake
- 6 oz. shell macaroni
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions and tops
- Cook macaroni as directed on package.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and onions.
- Arrange half of macaroni in bottom of greased 2-quart casserole.
- Dip half of cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls over macaroni.
- Spread to cover.
- Top with half of crabmeat.
- Repeat these layers.
- Top crabmeat with sliced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
