Golden Chocolate Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 3 milk chocolate candy bars, chopped
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- confectioners sugar (optional)
- In mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mix, oil, water and eggs.
- Beat on low speed for about 30
- seconds or until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on high; blend in sour cream.
- Stir in candy bars, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut.
- Pour into a greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool 15 minutes before removing.
