Chicken Breasts Parmesan

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine pancake mix, salt and pepper.
  3. Roll chicken breasts in the mixture a few at a time to coat well.
  4. Place chicken in a shallow 3-quart baking dish, overlapping slightly if necessary.
  5. Combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix and milk in a small bowl and blend until smooth. Pour over chicken.
  6. Cover dish tightly with foil.
  7. Bake 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
  10. Serves 6.
