Oatmeal White Chippers

  1. In a small mixing bowl, stir together flour and soda.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixer bowl, beat margarine with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  4. Add sugars; beat until fluffy.
  5. Add egg; beat well.
  6. Add flour mixture; beat until well mixed.
  7. Stir in oats, white chocolate and almonds.
  8. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
  9. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 10 minutes or until done.
  10. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute; remove and cool on a wire rack.
  11. Makes 38 cookies.
