Beef And Potato Pie

  1. Bake roast in water with onion, garlic, salt, pepper and coffee at 350u0b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Boil potatoes in water 20 minutes, then mash.
  3. Add milk and butter.
  4. Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture forms small crumbs.
  5. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until mixture forms ball.
  6. Divide and roll dough into 2 rounds.
