Cream Puffs

  1. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray coating.
  2. Bring water, margarine and the 1/4 teaspoon salt to boiling.
  3. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
  4. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
  5. Cool 10 minutes.
  6. Add the 4 eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons, 3-inches apart, onto a baking sheet, making 12 mounds.
  7. Bake in a 400u0b0 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  8. Cool.
  9. Split cream puffs and remove any soft dough from inside.
