Peg'S Lasagna
- 2 boxes lasagna noodles (2 pkg. spaghetti)
- 5 lb. hamburger
- 1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
- 2 (8 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
- 6 cans sliced tomatoes and tomato sauce
- seasoning
- 5 pkg. cheese, grated (your choice)
- Brown and drain hamburger.
- Cook noodles until tender.
- Blend tomatoes and sauce in blender, then mix with hamburger and heat. Mix seasonings in with hamburger and sauce.
- Mix Ricotta cheese and sour cream into hamburger and sauce; mix well.
- Spoon a thin layer of sauce into bottom of large baking pan, then layer of noodles, then spoon sauce on noodles.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Continue layers until noodles are gone making sure the sauce is on top of last layer to keep from burning.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
