Shrimp Au Gratin

  1. Melt butter and saute vegetables.
  2. Stir in flour; cook, stirring constantly.
  3. Beat egg yolks and thoroughly combine with half and half.
  4. Gradually add egg and milk mixture to flour and sauteed vegetables to make a white sauce.
  5. Add enhancer and next 3 seasonings.
  6. After sauce is thickened, then add wine and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Fill individual serving dishes and top with grated, shredded cheese.
  9. Bake in oven at 350u0b0 until cheese is bubbling.
