Stir-Fry Minced Chicken With Vegetables

  1. Cut chicken breasts into cube size, then add soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking wine and soak for a while.
  2. Meanwhile, cut green peppers, celery, water chestnuts, carrots, bamboo shoots and onions into cube size.
  3. Stir-fry chicken in 3 tablespoons oil for 3 minutes; remove to a bowl.
  4. Heat the other 3 tablespoons oil to fry onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, celery, carrots and green peppers.
  5. Then add chicken to the pan.
  6. Mix well.
