Stir-Fry Minced Chicken With Vegetables
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 small bunch celery
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 Tbsp. cooking wine
- 2 medium onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Cut chicken breasts into cube size, then add soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking wine and soak for a while.
- Meanwhile, cut green peppers, celery, water chestnuts, carrots, bamboo shoots and onions into cube size.
- Stir-fry chicken in 3 tablespoons oil for 3 minutes; remove to a bowl.
- Heat the other 3 tablespoons oil to fry onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, celery, carrots and green peppers.
- Then add chicken to the pan.
- Mix well.
