Orange Spice Rolls

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons cracker crumb mixture in a greased 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe ring mold; set mold and remaining crumb mixture aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; cut in 1/4 cup butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  3. Add orange juice and milk, stirring with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 8 or 10 times.
