Broccoli Soup

  1. Place broccoli, onion, celery, water, bouillon, pepper and garlic powder in a 2-quart casserole.
  2. Cover and microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Transfer mixture to blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Return mixture to casserole.
  6. Mix together cream and flour until smooth. Stir into broccoli mixture and microwave on High, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring 2 or 3 times.
  7. Stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Makes about 6 servings.
