Candy Bar Pie

  1. Cut candy bars into 1/4-inch pieces and place in the pastry shell;
  2. set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, sour cream and peanut butter;
  5. beat on low speed just until combined.
  6. Pour into pastry shell.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 35-40 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
  9. In a small heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips with cream over low heat until smooth.
  10. Spread over filling.
  11. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  12. Cut with a warm knife.
  13. Yield:
  14. 8-10 servings.
