Blue Cheese On Park Ave
- 2-4 Fillet or Rib Eye
- 1 cup Blue cheese
- 1 bottle of cooking red wine Your favorite of course
- 1 1/2 clove of garlic if you like
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 handful green onion
- 2-4 tamatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- I wont tell you how to cook your steak. u can can do it on the grill, or stove top.rnPlease cook it to your perfection
- Your choice, I like my meat medium rare juicy to every cut.
- in a medium pot pour full bottle of wine add onion and garlic, stir on medium heat until it has reduced to half.
- Reduce heat to low and add blue cheese. continue to stir until cheese has fully melted.
- pour sauce over your steak and add chopped green onions over the top and a slice of tomato on the side with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
- salt and pepper to taste
