  1. Preheat oven at 350u0b0.
  2. In bowl add butter and, with pastry blender or two knives, cut into mixture until it is in fine crumbs.
  3. Pat it gently into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 5 minutes until pale gold.
  5. Combine pie filling and juice; spoon evenly over crumb layer to within 1/2-inch
  6. of edges.
  7. Beat together sour cream, sugar, egg and vanilla.
  8. Drizzle over pie filling, covering most of it.
  9. Bake 20 minutes and cool.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
  11. Remove 30 minutes before serving.
  12. Cut in squares.
