Upside-Down Ham Loaf

  1. Melt butter in a 9 1/2 x 5 1/4-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom.
  2. Insert 1 clove in each pineapple chunk.
  3. Place clove side down in butter mixture.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into loaf.
  5. Place on top of pineapple.
  6. Set inside large baking dish to catch drippings.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Invert onto platter to serve.
  9. Yields 6 servings, about 365 calories each.
