Mocha Cheesecake(Microwave)

  1. Microwave butter for 30 seconds on High.
  2. Combine butter, cookie crumbs and sugar.
  3. Press in bottom of 8-inch round micro-safe pie dish.
  4. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes; cool crust.
  5. Melt chocolate in dish for 2 minutes.
  6. Microwave cream cheese until soft.
  7. Combine chocolate, cream cheese, eggs, sugar, coffee and salt.
  8. Mix until smooth.
  9. Pour over cooled crust. Microwave at Medium for 14 minutes or until center is set.
  10. Turn dish twice during cooking.
  11. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
