Cajun Shrimp

  1. Bring water and lemon to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Rinse with ice cold water.
  4. Peel and devein shrimp; place in a large bowl or gallon size Ziploc bag.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce.
  6. Beat with a wire whisk. Pour over shrimp and toss.
  7. Cover.
  8. Chill 8 hours.
  9. Drain shrimp; serve in a lettuce-lined bowl.
