Spaghetti Casserole
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. olives
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. American cheese, grated
- 1 medium pkg. spaghetti noodles, cooked
- Mix vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar and cheese with other ingredients.
- Mix together with cooked and drained spaghetti noodles.
- Mix together remaining ingredients after placing in 2 large casserole dishes.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Cover with foil while baking in a 9 x 13-inch dish is helpful.
