Liver Sausage Nut Appetizer Ball

  1. Mash liver sausage with fork to make smooth.
  2. Add mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, garlic salt and 1/3 of the cream cheese.
  3. Blend by hand or mixer until smooth.
  4. Stir in pickle and onion.
  5. Pack firmly into a 2 cup mixing bowl lined with Saran or aluminum foil.
  6. Chill several hours or until firm.
  7. Turn out; frost with remaining softened cream cheese.
  8. Chill well. Just before serving cover with peanuts.
  9. Serve with crisp crackers.
  10. Makes approximately 20 servings.
