Sweet Sour Fillets

  1. Arrange fillets in single layer.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave on High 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. In 1-quart casserole, combine sugar and cornstarch.
  5. Stir in pineapple juice.
  6. Add green pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, onions and garlic.
  7. Cook at High 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  8. Stir twice.
  9. Stir in pineapple chunks and almonds.
  10. Arrange fillets on serving dish. Spoon mixture over fillets.
