Microwave Lasagna

  1. Spread 1 cup sauce over bottom of a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Top with 3 noodles in a single layer, 1 cup Ricotta, 2/3 cup Mozzarella, 1/3 cup Parmesan and 1 1/2 cups sauce.
  3. Repeat with a second layer.
  4. Top with remaining noodles, then the sauce and Mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Cover lightly with vented plastic wrap.
  6. Microwave on High, 6 to 8 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Reduce power to Medium.
  7. Microwave 30 to 32 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once until noodles are tender.
  8. Shield corners of dish with foil if noodles begin to overcook.
  9. Let stand covered 5 to 10 minutes to equalize temperature and for easier cutting.
  10. Makes 8 servings.
