Chicken Mulligan

  1. Boil hen with proper seasoning until tender.
  2. Debone hen, saving broth.
  3. In the broth cook lemon, hot peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper, sugar, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper until vegetables are done.
  4. Add mushroom soup and thickening made of 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup water.
  5. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
  7. Drain.
  8. Mix with mixture.
  9. Add diced meat.
  10. Simmer for about 30 minutes before serving.
