Mexi-Burgers With Cheese

  1. Mix beef, taco sauce, egg, bread crumbs, oregano, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and liquid seasoning in a medium size bowl until combined.
  2. Shape the meat into four 4-inch burgers. Cook the hamburgers in oil in skillet for 3 minutes on each side or until the burgers are the desired doneness.
  3. Split the buns in half.
  4. Place a burger on the bottom of each bun.
  5. Top the burgers with the Cheddar cheese, tomato, green pepper and top of bun.
