Chicken Enchiladas
- 1 large chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped
- 2 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas, thawed and broken in pieces
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- Make soup mixture in bowl with all ingredients except chicken, tortillas and cheese.
- Line casserole in layers 3 times: tortillas, chicken, soup, and cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly at 350u0b0.
- Serves 8.
