Hamburger-Corn Bake
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 6 oz. or 3 c. noodles, cooked
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion until onion is tender.
- Stir in corn, soups, sour cream, pimento and seasonings. Stir in drained noodles.
- Turn into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Combine bread crumbs and butter, then sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until hot.
