Greek Pizza
- 1 dough ball
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg frozen spinach, cooked and well strained
- 24 black olives, sliced in half
- 1/3 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Mediterranean herb crumbled feta cheese
- Heat oven to 425*.
- Roll dough out and place on a round, greased pizza sheet.
- In a small bowl mix together sour cream, garlic, basil, oregano, and 1/2 tsp salt; spread over the pizza dough evenly.
- Scatter the spinach evenly over the pizza, then the olives, banana peppers, and tomatoes.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese starts to brown, and crust is golden brown.
