Pecan Breakfast Bread

  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 16 triangles.
  3. Spread with 2 Tbsp. softened butter.
  4. Combine sugar, cinnamon and pecans.
  5. Sprinkle over triangles.
  6. Roll each triangle starting from wide end and rolling to opposite point. Place rolls point side down in greased 9 inch x 5 inch loaf pan forming two layers of
  7. eight rolls each.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes until deep golden brown.
  9. Remove from pan at once, place right side up and drizzle with topping.
  10. Topping:
  11. In saucepan, combine honey, confectioners sugar, 2 Tbsp. butter, and vanilla.
  12. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  13. Stir in pecans and cool slightly.
