Chicken And Chips Casserole

  1. Mix rice, soup and milk.
  2. Set aside while you prepare the other ingredients. Melt butter in a saucepan and add celery and onion; cook over low heat until transparent.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peas and chicken.
  4. Add this mixture to the rice/soup mixture and mix well. Layer 1 1/2 cups crushed chips in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Carefully pour in the chicken mixture.
  6. Top with remainder of chips.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 35 minutes or until chips have turned rich brown.
  8. Serve piping hot.
