Grilled Grouper With Cantaloupe-Lime Salsa

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in nonaluminum bowl.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
  5. Brush fillets with oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Grill fish until just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  8. Transfer fish to plates.
  9. Spoon salsa over fish.
  10. Yield:
  11. 2 servings.
